Full-Service Interior Design Project with Construction and Installation Works
STAGE 1: DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN OF THE INITIAL INTERIOR CONCEPT
During the meeting, the client’s vision for the interior is discussed, and the initial references and examples provided by the client are reviewed.
Based on this, furniture layout options and the stylistic concept of the interior are developed and presented in a spatial 3D model
(2–3 furniture layout options are provided). Once the most suitable space layout and stylistic concept are approved,
the technical interior drawings are developed.
STAGE 2: PHOTOREALISTIC INTERIOR VISUALIZATIONS
Once the 3D sketches and technical drawings are approved, photorealistic interior visualizations are created,
showing the selected materials, finishes, and lighting solutions.
The interior is presented in both daytime and evening lighting.
During the creation of the photorealistic visualizations, 1–2 adjustments to materials and other minor details may be made.
STAGE 3: TECHNICAL INTERIOR PLANS

SELECTION OF INTERIOR MATERIALS AND ELEMENTS
At this stage, specific furniture, lighting fixtures, colors, and other materials are selected throughout the project
to match the chosen interior style. Together with the client, the most suitable solutions are identified and
proposals are obtained from representatives of selected interior design suppliers and companies.
